I reached out to them via their contact form, and within a few hours, I got a friendly response from one of their team members. They asked for a detailed brief about what I needed, which included the style, characters, and any specific elements I wanted in the animation. I sent them a pretty detailed description along with some reference images. A couple of days later, they sent me some initial sketches, and I was honestly impressed with how they nailed the concept right from the start. We had a few back-and-forths to fine-tune some details, and they were super accommodating with my feedback.
